Description
Wheatgrass juice contains an abundance of nutrients. The seeds, also known as hard red winter wheat, germinate rapidly into beautiful greens that can be juiced; the juice is packed with vitamins, minerals and chlorophyll. Be sure to save some seeds to sow for beautiful greenery in indoor containers for table centerpieces (especially to nestle eggs in at Easter!).
