Packed with the latest technology and outfitted with JDM looks, the new Kage SV TW 150 is the first baitcasting model to break into the Kage line. The foremost feature is the incorporation of Daiwa’s Hyperdrive design, including Hyperdrive Digigear, Hyper Armed Housing and Hyper Tough Clutch. The TWS line guide system allows much more room for line to travel back and forth during the cast, minimizing friction and allowing longer-more accurate casts. A set of 2 corrosion resistant ball bearings and 5 shielded stainless steel bearings, provide long term smoothness. It’s 90mm swept handle is finished off with the iconic Kage premium cork handle knobs for added grip, comfort, stylish looks.

Hyperdrive Digigear: A brand-new gear design makes the teeth of the gears more efficient at transferring power, therefore making the gear set feel smoother, more powerful and reducing gear noise

Hyper Armed Housing: A reinforced aluminum frame and side plate provide maximum rigidity and precision performance of the internal components

Hyper Tough Clutch: A redesigned and reinforced clutch mechanism increases durability for rock solid engagement and disengagement of the free spool. The deep capacity 150-size SV spool supports the use of heavier braid lines while providing the ultimate backlash prevention and cast control. A simple turn of the Magforce dial on the aluminum side plate allows anglers to adjust for different lures, weights and wind conditions helping them prevent the frustration of backlashes

ATD-Drag

Daiwa’s Automatic Tournament Drag uses an improved drag grease that exhibits a low viscosity at rest, yet becomes more viscous immediately after drag start up. This reduces initial drag start-up inertia and combined with the structural changes of the ATD Drag System results in a smoother drag from the initial hook up.

CRBB

Lasting 12 times longer than standard stainless steel bearings Daiwa’s corrosion resistant ball bearings feature specially treated stainless steel and a protective shield on the bearing race that seals out sand, fine grit, salt crystals and other abrasives. The result is a longer lasting bearing thats protected from the corrosive elements that destroy traditional bearings.

TWS

Daiwas revolutionary T-Wing System addresses the issue of traditional line guide/level wind systems constricting line flow by delivering a T-shaped line guide that is larger, wider and less restrictive. TWS allows line to exit freely from the spool with minimal line angle and minimal friction, thereby reducing line noise and backlash and delivering more accurate and longer casts.
