It dissolves hair clogs from bathroom drains and creates heat to melt grease from kitchen sinks. It is among the strongest caustic formulation on the market and the longer it remains in the drain the more drain clogging matter it will dissolve. We recommend that it be allowed to stay in the drain overnight and then flush with hot water.
