The formulations have an increased, yet balanced spice concentration to yield robust flavors, while not, in this instance, containing excess amounts of sugars which can potentially mute the desired flavor profile. Cure packets are not included, as fresh ground sausage is traditionally not cured. These 12.8 oz boxes of seasoning will boldly flavor up to 30 lb of meat! Included is an illustrated instruction booklet that contains detailed color photos and easy-to-follow instructions for making homemade sausage.
