Kris Kellers take on a mayfly cripple uses MFCs High Rise Razor Foam for buoyancy which is a material you dont usually find on techy looking cripple mayflies. Keller says when he designed this fly he was attempting to create a chubby style cripple that after being twitched or an odd cast the fly would correct itself and ride correctly. Keller added flash as legs to help stimulate the water around the hackle and dimple the water for a realistic presentation.
