Description
LEM’s BigBite Tilt Mixer utilizes three tilt positions for easy unloading, filling and storage. The meat tub detaches for easy cleaning. The gearbox includes roller bearings and step gear providing powerful torque for paddles to thoroughly mix the meat. The meat tub has three locking positions: 90° for easy unloading, 115° easy filling and 180° for storage. The feet adjust for height and swivel to adjust to uneven surfaces. A clear, acrylic PMMa cover and crank handle are included. Grinder/Motor is NOT included.

For optimum mixing performance the mixer tub should be at least filled over the axel with paddles. This breaks down to be approximately:
25 lb mixer, the minimum amount of meat for efficiently mix is 20-23 lb (mixer works with the #8 Big Bite Meat Grinder or larger)
