Description
This Fordhoof Zucchini Squash is an All-American Selection. This variety when mature will produce fruit that is cylindrical, dark-green and straight to slightly curved zucchinis. The fruit is tender with creamy-white flesh that freezes well. Bush plants are vigorous and productive bearing handsome oblong dark green fruits. This zucchini is high in vitamin A.
Garden Tips
When plants are 3″ tall, thin by cutting all but the 3 strongest seedlings per hill. To avoid weeding, mulch heavily around plants and in the rows.
