This versatile Southwestern pork and poultry rub, with cumin notes, offers a delightful mix of sweetness and a subtle spicy kick, reminiscent of the popular Holy Voodoo blend. It works wonders on ribs, pulled pork, chicken, turkey, seafood, smoked cream cheese and popcorn. Despite it’s sweetness, the rub is not overly sugary, standing out as less sweet than six of the other seasonings.
