Unlike other polyethylene molding processes like Thermoforming & Blow-Molding (which are commonly utilized in competitor’s products), the Roto-Molding used in manufacturing Otter Outdoors Pro Series Sled results in a much more durable product with seamless surfaces and uniform wall thickness.
Otter Outdoor’s process also distributes more material in the corners, to absorb shock & stresses where they occur most. Since the material isn’t stressed during production, the finished product is stronger, more reliable and less susceptible to cracking in extreme conditions.
