A peaked medallion represents Tumalo Mountain, a peak in the High Cascades. Hikers who reach the top of this shield volcano find stunning views of three more volcanic beauties: Three Sisters, Broken Top and Mount Bachelor. Smaller lines and ridges represent Tumalo State Park near Bend, Oregon. This favorite recreation area on the banks of the Deschutes River is home to Tumalo Falls, which plunges 97′ from a weathered basalt ridge.
