A cold weather fly fishing jacket without compromise – insulated and waterproof, warm and breathable, durable and stretchable, overbuilt and streamlined. The RS Outpost combines advanced textiles with angler-centric design to give you everything you could want in a cold weather fly fishing jacket. Started with a full 150 grams of the same Toray 3DeFX+ spiral insulation use in the Fusion 3/2 Puffy to keep you warm in even the most frigid fishing conditions. Then, added a soft, wicking interior liner to keep moisture away from your body. Covered all this in a highly durable, fully waterproof, windproof, 4-way stretch exterior shell with fully taped and reinforced seams. Two innovative pass-through pockets give cold hands access to the body heat trapped in your RS Wader’s warming pockets. An adjustable storm hood, insulated hand-warming pockets, an angled chest pocket, YKK Aquaguard zippers and adjustable hydrophobic cuffs round out the fishy feature set.
