Description
This is an adaptation of the original sparkle dun. According to Craig Mathews, Doug and Dan Daufel were having a hard time seeingthe original version of the fly on the water. Mathews does point outthat they were about 30 years younger than him at the time and still couldntsee it! Mathews made the accommodation to his classic pattern by addingzelon in to the wing for float and visibility. According to Mathews,That flies deadly.
