Description
The X2 caddis is a variation of the X caddis that wasdesigned by Craig Mathews and John Juracek. The X2 caddis was updated byDoug and Dan Daufel according to Mathews and it was designed as a springcreek caddis. It was designed to target the Mothers Day caddishatch. The zelon on this fly helps it float like a cork and the zelonunderwing acts as an outrigger for the fly to float yet sit low in the watercolumn to create the right profile from below.
